Decrease Your Fat Intake
There's continued debate over whether a low-fat diet (under 25 percent of total calories) plays a role in successful weight loss because good causes of fat actually help your body lose other calories.
The key thing would be to reduce unhealthy fats but keep enough of the high quality ones.
Studies have discovered that simply lowering fat intake promotes weight loss since you take in far fewer calories.
High-fat foods aren't very filling, so you're more prone to over-eat, yet a tiny bit of fat supplies a large number of calories. It is a lose-lose situation!
