Glenda Danced to Lose Fat

When Glenda Ray chose to work off her unwanted weight, she knew that no ordinary aerobics class would do this. She needed an exercise that might be fun. So she subscribed to cardio dance lessons in a local gym.

“I've always enjoyed aerobic activities” Glenda explains. “Between the background music and also the movement, there's a lot energy. After i observed the cardio dance class, I had been excited in the prospect to be in a position to move my body this way.”
