Hydrogenated Fats
You may well came over the term 'trans fats' or 'hydrogenated fats'. These fats are particularly unhealthy.
They frequently began as polyunsaturated fat, but after processing at high temperatures, their chemical structure built them into less stable plus they became damaged.
Consumption is assigned to a heightened risk of cancers and cardiovascular disease. They're found in margarine and processed foods. Search for the term 'hydrogenated' in your food labels and you've got found trans-fats.
