Either indoors on the treadmill or outdoors in the new air, jogging or running is a superb all-round aerobic exercise. Be sure you have good supportive shoes so when getting started alternate brisk walking with jogging.

Try 30 seconds' jogging to 60 seconds' walking and gradually slow up the ratio of traveling to jogging before you can jog continuously for 20 minutes.

Increasing the stamina of the body. It is a good energy burner when you are needing to offer the whole of the body while you move.
