Yoga

Broadly speaking, you will find three types of yoga - Hatha, Astanga and Iyengar.

They differ in many ways, one which is when much they need for your body. For the best toning effects, choose Astanga (or Vinyasa, that is not well known).

This incorporates more postures which are based on body weight, and also you often move from one posture to a different by supporting part of the weight together with your arms. Iyengar and Hatha styles are often more gentle, even though breathing techniques are an intrinsic part of yoga practice, you often find there's more increased exposure of breathing and relaxation in both of these styles.
